It was a lot of fun to chat with Nate. I can certainly relate to his love of experimenting in the kitchen and was impressed by the community he has created for his family by discussing his choice to be vegan with pride. I love that his colleagues are now using the blog as a resource for recipes to treat VeganMom and VeganDad to a vegan babyshower! Amazing.

    Hey! I’m so sorry I didn’t get back to you sooner! For Ricki’s Sweet Freedom, I would suggest the chocolate mint cookies – they are so delicious and easy to make lots of ’em. They went over really, really well with my “tasting team”. I would also say those banana chocolate chip muffins are a good idea, too, because they are very yummy and went over really well with omni’s, too. Hope that helps!
