Colleen has pulled together an incredible resource that anyone can turn to for answers and inspiration (even those of us who have been vegan for more than twenty years).
The 30-Day Vegan Challenge addresses the difficulties associated with this significant lifestyle change in a straight-forward manner, offering answers, strategies and practical tips. Regardless of the reason someone may have been concerned about trying a vegan diet, Colleen has them covered.
