This spring Vegans will all scream for cream!

Yesterday, Hannah, the guru of decadent vegan delights, posted a recipe (for Maple-Nut Royale) that didn’t quite make it into her upcoming title Vegan a la Mode. As a recipe tester, I had the chance to try out a number of the amazing recipes that did make the cut.Trust me, come June 1st there will be screams for dairy-free creams (or moans for cones) when Hannah’s next incredible collection of sweet treats hits the shelves.The recipes I tested all had a rich, creamy texture that would rival any ice cream available on the market, but where Hannah always shines is in the inventive flavour combinations she creates. This collection is no different, the inspired ingredient pairings in Vegan a la Mode make each bite a delicious discovery.

With today’s spring-like weather I’m getting excited for patios, tank-tops and sundaes.
